    Has anyone on here inletted a stock with a dremel tool. I'm curious how tough it would be and if I could make it look decent. If you have could you show some pictures. Thanks

    Re: H4350 for .260 load In my rem 260 with a 9 twist I used 4350 with 123 amax, but couldn't get less than 1 moa at 100 and 300 yds. I tried 5-6 different loads and the best I could get was .8" group at 100. I finally ended up getting my best group with varget.

    I just picked one of these up in very good condition. It doesn't look like it has been shot much. Ive been working up a load and found a load that shoots .5 moa at 100 yds and plan on trying it at 300 and 500 soon. My question is how much can be improved by a new barrel and getting the action...

    Re: .308 in a long action???? I built a 308 on a long action just because that's what I had at the time. Its really just a personal preference unless you plan on changing to a different caliber in the future.

    Re: 260 Rem Well I got the gun. I just ordered dies and bullets and decided to get 123 amax. I was gonna try the 140s but I picked up a box of factory 140 corelokts just so I could shoot it some and at 100 yds I was shooting all over the place so I don't know if they stabilized.

    I already have one bushnell 10x but am about to purchase another scope for a 260 and was wondering which of the two I mentioned has better glass. The bushnell I have has been a good scope but I've never seen a SS so I have no idea.
