PRS Talk Binoculars or Spotting Scope?

If you're using it for say an inexperienced spotter, a reticle would certainly be a great choice. Vortex is now offering reticle eye pieces for their spotters once again. Great spotter's that won't break the bank.

PRS Talk Binoculars or Spotting Scope?

What is so funny about it? If you want to be at the top, would you not want to use everything you can to gain points? I suppose you don't like to finish at the top.

PRS Talk Binoculars or Spotting Scope?

If you want to step up your game at a prs match. IMO you absolutely need a spotter or 15x binos. You want to be able to study what is going on down range before you shoot. A smaller spotter like a vortex 16-48 and a carbon tripod, really doesn't add much to your system.

PRS Talk Scopes in Mil/Mil or MOA/MOA or does it matter?

I can't believe no one has mentioned this yet, but reticle selection. MIL/MIL, you will have a much broader selection of reticles to choose from.

PRS Talk RRS rail or Picatinny for PRS

Check out the ingenuity gunworks rail. It is by far the best rail I have seen and personally used. Much faster than any other system. Uses a push button with detent's to slide along the rail.

PRS Talk Positional practice target sizes

Honestly, just get 2 inch shoot and see's and shoot at 100 yards. It is a good way to gauge how well you are hitting also, how much you are missing by.

    PRS Talk 2017 PRS finale

They have not released any of that info quite yet. Knowing the MD's, I would expect 250+ round count and 25+ stages.

    PRS Talk Manners prs stock.

I am the same. I never use the butthook for it's intended use. As far as the barricade stop, I would take a look at the Ingenuity gunworks rail. I just sent my t4-a with Tom at the gap grind so he could intlet my stocks for them.

PRS Talk Are Point Races too expensive ?

Honestly, they are only expensive if you want them to be. Find a friend or two to travel with. Try to drive if you can, split hotels. Me and a friend went to the big dog steel match last weekend. It was 8 hours away so we drove. With fuel, hotel, match fee I am in it for less than $400.00...

    Backpack for PRS matches

Gunslinger II here. Perfect size for me. Wish the main compartment was broken up into two, but I can get over that. I use the scabbard for tripod/spotter at matches. Works well.
