MDT introduces the HNT26! A 26 Ounce Carbon Fiber Hunting Chassis.

The way that the HNT-26 is setup is that to run a forward mounted optic on the forend, you need to use the High Scope Base on your action and an M-Lok picatinny rail on the m-lok slots on top of the forend. It will not perfectly align (the scope base is at 20 MOA and the top of the forend is...

    Mount bipod to MDT Oryx?

It depends on what bipod you want to mount (if you own one already) but the most common options are: M-Lok Picatinny rail (2.5" or 3.15" would work great) Oryx Chassis ARCS/RRS Dovetail - Full Length Alternatively you could direct mount an M-Lok Bipod MDT GRND-Pod - M-Lok MDT Oryx Bipod -...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

We hope to be selling the buttstock, grip and connector bar as well as the chassis as individual parts so that you could build your own version of the "baby Elite" in the future! I can't foresee us offering an in-between chassis "kit" that includes some of the premier and elite features. Lots of...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

We should be selling all of those parts individually in the near future!

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

We have a 30-day return policy if you order direct from mdttac.com and there should be no issue going up to 1.250" straight at the maximum. We have released the MDT Low-Profile Cheek Piece which allows you to run a super low cheek/chin weld if you'd like! This was inspired by Chad Hecklers...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

We decided against the ACC Elite for the CZ 457 for two reasons: We knew that we would develop what would eventually be called the ACC Premier Gen2, and, A $1600 chassis for a $500 barreled action feels bananas, although if there is enough demand you can request them here...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

There is about a 10 oz difference between the two (with short LOP). When increasing the LOP with the spacer on the SRS-X Elite, you will get that difference closer to 1 lb.

    CZ 457

Can confirm, this is our XTN interface and we wanted to retain the features to ensure that our SRS-X Elite buttstock and Elite Grip with connector bar would work!

    MDT ACC Elite

No positive updates for you yet. Our current folding stock (SRS-XF) needs to be updated and redesigned to better work with our newer generation chassis, and as part of that, I would like to spend some time to finding a good folder solution. These are prototype chassis for a customer of ours and...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

As the only lefty in the Design/Engineering department it pains me greatly and I promise that I am fighting the good fight for us. Th reason that we don't offer ambidextrous chassis comes back to our core principles of doing things the most intentional way and always striving to improve on...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

You're welcome and it's cool that we can find out where our first production chassis has ended up! That cutout in front of the bedding should be plenty large enough to clear 1.250" straight barrels without any additional inletting, and provide a spot to bed the front of the receiver/barrel if...

New MDT ACC Gen 2 - Rimfire Focused

We have made a modification to our inlet to account for the new, threaded 1.250" diameter barrels coming out of some gunsmiths shops, however, that is not in production yet and the first run WILL NOT FIT WITHOUT MODIFICATION. We are just validating that our modification will work, then we will...

    MDT Field Stock Arca

Yeah we designed this chassis (as well as others like the XRS) to capture action screws as best as possible as it prevents the user from losing them when removing their action for whatever reason. It's fairly uncommon for people to want to replace their action screws, so I am curious to know why...

    MDT Field Stock Arca

Good question and we haven't really run into anyone needing a full length dovetail yet on the Field Stock! A few options would work including: 6" Bolted RRS Dovetail (https://mdttac.com/mdt-bolted-arca-rail-6/) which you could attach with self tapping screws 10.25" M-Lok Dovetail adapter...

    MDT ACC Elite

You're right, but the typical barrel length for most rimfires is in the 16-22" range, and only recently (other than older BR and TR guns) are we seeing shooters adopt 24-28" rimfire barrels. Therefore, we're stuck in a strange spot where we need a shorter forend to accommodate lighter/shorter...

    MDT ACC Elite

Well we also made it cheaper and lighter 🤷‍♂️ Hopefully we will have them available for purchase soon, and not only in the "kit" format, so that you can plug and play with whichever buttstock you prefer! - Josh

    MDT ACC Elite

It depends on your barrel profile, but it's likely that you will need to remove your NV Bridges to remove your barreled action. Also, unless you upgrade your buttstock, you will still need to use the LOP spacers to set your buttstock length :( - Josh

I am able to tell the difference between Gen 3's, 4's and 5's, but the earlier stuff is a little more unknown to me, however, @kthomas added an easy way to see the difference between a Gen1 and 2! - Josh
