That is probably correct, but the dealers are supposed to check the forms also after it's generated just like you check yours when docusigning. It's not an auto submission as soon as the form is created and if so the dealers still shares some of the blame because they did not check the form...- LSUbeatUby40

My dealer (same or both cans) madee me certify on my first efile can, then when I called to setup a time for my second, they just did it over the phone and a login session. Seems it's really at the discretion of the dealers..- LSUbeatUby40

Yep which is why I asked the guy what his cert date was. Either the icons changed for everyone or his cert date coincidentally was the same day this came up and now I'm confused because I also think the icons were different.. But my cert date was 2/1/22 so I think the icons changed.- LSUbeatUby40

That depends on when his status actually changed. Mine did the same thing but I certified on February 1st. Thats when the clock starts. What does your time-line show? When did you certify?- LSUbeatUby40

And in syaing all of that still no law has been broken by the letter of the law. AFT is just mad as hell that people seem to be able to take the law as written and still do what they do because they use their brains.
