    Gun Case?

The last I bought was a single gun SKB that's about 49" long and I think I bought it for just over $100. The foam is one piece of convoluted in the lid with another piece of convoluted glued on top of a piece of white styrofoam in the base. I'm getting rid of the foam in the base to replace it...

The screen is flat but that piece stands proud of the keyboard section. If that is what the screen touches when it is closed, that's a major stress concentration right where it cracked. You wouldn't have to drop it, you could just put it in a backpack with a few text books and wind up...

The OFFICIAL 'Wuhan' Coronavirus outbreak information and tracking thread. NARRATIVE CHANGE. "Endemic, just like the cold". Cuomo regrets lockdown.

I usually know more about my health than my doctor when I go in. It's not training, I just know how to research. When you are dealing with a general practitioner, they often don't go deep enough because they have to be so wide. I never accept a diagnosis unless I come to the same conclusion...

Is this precautionary or due to confirmed cases? If California shut everything down because a Chinese kid started coughing, they would be building a wall around the state by now.

The OFFICIAL 'Wuhan' Coronavirus outbreak information and tracking thread. NARRATIVE CHANGE. "Endemic, just like the cold". Cuomo regrets lockdown.

Of all the pandemic scares I have seen, this one seems the scariest. The lack of transparency from China isn't helping. The fact that I'm right where it is most likely to hit first in the US sucks.

American Rifle Company New Archimedes Action, New Xylo Chassis, and major Mausingfield revision

From the video it sounds like soon. As hard as building a chassis is, I don't think it's as hard as getting the heat treat and nitride coating right on an action. When Ted says it's close, I'm thinking weeks, not months. After machining there is anodizing and then assembly, packing and...

The OFFICIAL 'Wuhan' Coronavirus outbreak information and tracking thread. NARRATIVE CHANGE. "Endemic, just like the cold". Cuomo regrets lockdown.

I agree with most you say but in an epidemic, and especially in a country where healthcare is government provided, management (a.k.a. the government) would clear beds by postponing less urgent medical care and moving non epidemic cases to hospitals outside of the epidemic area. Clearly in China...

The OFFICIAL 'Wuhan' Coronavirus outbreak information and tracking thread. NARRATIVE CHANGE. "Endemic, just like the cold". Cuomo regrets lockdown.

Running at 100% eliminates the ability to react to seasonal illnesses or epidemics. But let's do the math. If the average person lives 80 years and spends 8 days in the hospital (I think this is low), that's 1/10 of a day per year. That's more than 100,000,000 bed days, divide by 365 days a...

Have you thanked the elected officials in California?

I've seen California turn liberals in to Trump supporters but most of those get it wrong and are hoping for rent control so they don't get priced out, forced solar installs to make new construction "green" and want to tax the shit out of corporations to solve the homeless problem. They have...

Do you believe those numbers? They are building 4 1,000 bed hospitals in a week to deal with it. How is it that a country of more than a billion can't find 4,500 empty hospital beds? I've heard 90,000 infected, maybe more. The response seems to fit the bigger number better. Think about it...

That IMI looks pretty nice, I hope it locks up well. Oh, that reminds me, if I have a carbine stock that wobbles, sometimes I line the interior with aluminum flashing tape or heavy duty duct tape (smooth surface type) to get a tighter fit. Use enough and you can make some "commercial" stocks...

The OFFICIAL 'Wuhan' Coronavirus outbreak information and tracking thread. NARRATIVE CHANGE. "Endemic, just like the cold". Cuomo regrets lockdown.

If the incubation period is a week or two and the outbreak started in early December, that suggests the numbers went from 1 to 90,000+ in about 6-7 weeks. I don't know how those numbers stack up against your rate of infection stat but it sounds low for that many cases that fast. My worry is...

If something got sandwiched in that, it looks like the grey piece standing proud of the keyboard surface in the hinge notch. It seems like it is still their problem to me.

You drilled out the buffer extension. What does Law Tactical say about that?

Sure. The rod in the SCS that the bolt carrier usually slides around can't slide through the solid center of the bolt carrier extension of the Law Tactical folder. I tried, it obviously wouldn't work.
