Actually BR is great for the elderly or the disabled who love shooting and are able to do so pretty much only off a bench. At least they can go shooting.- Fret

Question for .223 - 77 Grain Ammunition
Give Berger 77 OTMs a try. More accurate than 77 SMKs in my gas and bolt guns anyway. Four 5 shot groups at 100 yards with SMKs and two groups with OTMs on the bottom left:- Fret

Zermatt Origin Vs ARC Coup De Grace? New vs Used make a difference?
The OP would probably be happy with either one. Sounds like the big difference is wait time and the availability of prefit barrels. I have 6 TL3s which are more or less like an Origin but can be customized. I use both Jewell and TT triggers on them and they work just fine from my novice...- Fret

I usually shoot light .223 bullets but just recently put on an 8 twist .223 barrel with a .169 freebore for 77 grain bullets. 24 grains of AR Comp works great with 55 grain Bergers so I loaded up 22 grains of AR Comp and 77 grain Berger OTMs just touching the lands. Took the new barrel out to...- Fret

Precision Rifles.....show em!!
Recently switched from the .223 Wylde barrel in the photo to a longer .169 freebore .223 barrel for 77 grain Sierra SMK and Berger OTM bullets. Took it out for the first time to zero and shoot some 5 shot groups at 100 yards off a bench. Shot OK with Berger 77 OTMs but not the SMKs.- Fret

Rifle Scopes Element Theos 6-36 scope?
I asked him about the 5-40x Sightron awhile ago. He actually tested it but he never posted it since his video got messed up. He said the scope was nice optomechanically but didn't like the reticles. He thought it was overpriced at around $3K but would be a good buy at around $2K. He didn't...- Fret

Rifle Scopes Element Theos 6-36 scope?
I asked DLO about the Gen3, Theos, and Zeiss 6-36. He said the Gen 3 was the best of the three optically but he liked the feel of the Theos turrets the best.- Fret
