Housing shortage.
Its not just lumber that's increasing, you millwork products have also risen more than 50% over the last year and is continuing to jump 5-10% a month. Plywood, siding, nails, insulation, felt etc... is following suit as well. Until we have a market correction there is no reason this pricing...- Painless300

Tangent Theta... Locking Turrets??
The only 2 grips I really have on the M is the turret only goes .1 Mil under your zero set and the Gen 2 reticle is on the thin side but thats nit picking. Looks like the H goes the standard .5 under and has the new thicker reticle. I really don't care about the locking turrets as my M have...- Painless300

Who’s your preferred custom rifle builder?
Every time i see one of these threads it always reminds me of Robert Gradous. Spent a lot of time in his shop and out. Was a great guy with mad skills. RIP Robert. Travis at TS Customs is my go to now. Builds a hell of a rifle, great CS and also a great guy to talk with.- Painless300

I am in GA, if I were to build a 2000 sq/ft house today it would cost $25K more for just the framing package than it did a little over 1 year ago. That does not even take into consideration the pricing increases of doors and windows. Not to mention lead times on pretty much all building products...- Painless300

I’m building a load right now with a mid action Lone Peak Fusion and 22” Benchmark Carbon over bore for the 215 Berger. only 100 rounds on the barrrel so far and found a very accuate group. 215 Berger Norma brass 68.6g H1000 ran into pressure at 70g F215 primers 8 thou off the lands.
