Good idea, Anchor! I have a (smaller) Feisol 3402, and wound up removing the lower leg sections, completely. Since I only use it off a low turkey or dove stool, the remaining 3 sections offer enough height and are actually more stable. Might try filling them up and re-installing...thanks for...- knockemdown

If this were my mag, I'd bend the feed lips in at the front, so that the bullet sits more 'level' in the magazine. With the bullet tip riding that 'high', it never has a chance to engage the action's feed ramp, which gets the round angled up properly toward the chamber... Your next pic shows...- knockemdown

Beautiful shot! Juvenile Coopers hawks look alot like sharp shinned hawks, another cool 'backyard' accipiter. They are both hell on pigeons & mourning doves, that's for sure! Best RRS Setup for McMillan Stock?
^^^those pics are mine, LOL^^^ That was a 'test run' on my .22LR, to see if the T-nut idea would work. Thanks for posting them back up! I used the same plate to mate to the Ansschutz rail above, just had to find a backing plate that'd work. Then swap to longer screws... The T-nut install does...- knockemdown

If you decide to use the RRS Anschutz rail adaptor, make sure the rail you install on your stock is actually Anschutz spec. Reason being, the 'Anschutz' rail that McMillan installs at the factory is not true to spec. I found this out the hard way, as the RRS adaptor would not fit/slide onto the...- knockemdown
