    The TA3 doesn't work without using the Tripods existing bowl (not optimal on my opnion). However, RRS makes a TA4 for 100mm tripods and that "should" work. They are currently backordered on the long handle version, but as soon as B&H photo gets the long handle version in stock, I'm ordering...

    I'm still holding out hope that the 100mm RRS TA4 (which is currently out of stock due to factory transitions) will work with the RT90C without any special work around (other than a shim like the Feisol needs with the TA3).

    Yup, that's the route I ended up going with. The only negative is not being able to use a TA-3 without using the RT-90 bowl. I plan on buying a TA-4 once RRS gets them back in stock again.

    I'm still waiting for it to be back in stock, B&H Photo quoted me January! RRS must not sell many, and have very limited production, I have yet to find one in stock anywhere. If the TA-4 doesn't work, I'll prolly just use the Anvil 34.

    Canceled my PVA order through my CC company. Odered a RT 90C, and will be trying a RRS TA-4 (100mm) leveling base. If that doesn't lock up, I'll justnuse the Anvil 34 (head only) mode.
