    Surefire socom762-rc. -Best QD system out there. -Good up to 300 RUM -Smallest POI of any QD can -can handle heavy Semi-Auto firing schedules -not the quietest and most expensive..... but has less blowback them most cans.

    If your running unsuppressed 50% or more I would recommend flash hider. If you plan on running 50/50 or more suppressed run a muzzle brake for the added benefit (even if small) of the sacrifical blast baffle the brake provides.

    That would be much appreciated. I don't shoot a lot of 5.56, so I'm on the fence about a dedicated can. But did want something shorter then just using the 762-rc to run on a 11.5" BCM upper.

    I went with TB 338BA for my magnum can as it gives you the best of both worlds. It's a thread on, but with their brakes it allows you to have different rifles with odd threadings (AI, KAC, DTA etc.)

    The only sound difference in my opinion is the ping that was already suggested (AAC's are infamous for this... And rather annoying IMHO). I personally run brakes on all my hosts (unless it will rarely see a can), I do this for the perceived sacrificial blast blast baffle argument.
