    Check out the Timney Calvin Elite, Huber Concepts and Bix n’ Andy 2 stage triggers. I’m not sure about their compatability with the Nucleus.

    Yes, it’s not pretty and not something I would do on a client rifle but I got the handle to clear the safety selector. I lightened the first stage a little and might head out tomorrow and shoot.

    I have IMR 4451 and H4895, no sure how they compare burn rate wise, but I’m happy with H4350 right now. 25” Bartlein 5R with 209 rounds on the barrel. I absolutely agree with having an alternative or switching because of scarce supply.

    I changed mine up a little bit. I'm using a CGS Group Hyperion suppressor and ZF 4-16x FF scope. I have my Leopold Mark 5 set aside for a different project.

    The .300 BLK is currently unfired, we have some subs to shoot and see how they group for shits and grins. Optimal barrel length for a suppressor? I’m not sure but I like 16.5” for a bolt gun, unless you SBR a bolt action receiver.

    I was running 1-8” twist. My current 18” is 1-8” and I’m really happy with it. I do have some 1-7” twist 5R Bartlein barrels on the way to see how they do with shorties and short mags. SD isn’t anything to brag about but it shoots tight and moving 140’s pretty well.

    I picked up some Hornady custom grade dies from my local Sportsman’s. I have loads worked up with H1000 that I plan on shooting this weekend.
