    My 7.5 AR pistol does that exact same thing.... It functions fine but unburnt gunpowder fouls the chamber every time & causes the dented cases. Seems like your gun is running dirty too ...maybe?? Do you see unburnt powder in the chamber?

    The heavy scratches can be from sharp feed lips on the magazines, I had the same scratches but I filed down the sharp edges & it helped...necks still take a beating but that's the nature of the beast.

    260 rem. tac match data

    The 260 tac reamer is throated for the 140g class bullets...so I was told. Pm me your email & I'll forward you the spec sheet for that reamer. So far I have only loaded 140g Amaxs & 120g Amaxs with H4350.

    2,790 fps sounds really slow for a 6.5x284 are those numbers correct? I get 2,800 from my 260rem with a 140g amax.
