    I actually talked to this guy and knew immediately he was a flake and reported the ad using the report button. Got a reply basically telling me to pound sand and that no action would be taken.     Steiner T6XI 3-18x56 is close to your parameters, can easily be had for sub-$2k but is a tad heavier. As another option, consider a second-hand NF ATACR 4-16x42 on that rifle and go fill an ark.
