This is an immaculate S&W 27-2 that left the Roosevelt Avenue Factory on April 26th 1968 which makes it an S Prefix Caliber is .357 Magnum & .38 Special Barrel length is 3.5" She's a solid 98% and has had very,very, few rounds thru her as pics of the recoil shield will indicate. Best oil for preventing rust?
Yeah, I like the method of you + thin coat of oil will yield the best results. Interesting info on 357 Mag
Mike, those are Underwood Xtreme Hunter 120gr ( it's a Lehigh Defense Bullet) They also make Xtreme Defenders - which is what I usually carry - They just didn't have any Xtreme Defenders for. 357 mag- paulL01
