    redbullit....you say you run the bullets through a sizer die. Could you elaborate on that a bit more? All I can picture is a lube sizer like I use on my cast bullets????

    Thanks guys... im guessing the ones im looking at are mil-surp pulls... some of the marks look a little deeper than im used to seeing with collet pulled bullets from a good handloader...

    Suppressors volquartsen barrel

    I don't have any experience with shooting my VQ tensioned carbon barrel suppressed. However with that being said I have found that MY barrel on my 10/22 seems to like a little pressure pad about 2" back from the end of the fore end. May give that a wirl and see if your groups shape up a bit?

    Just a thought ..If you don't want to have a radical redesign of the stock you could remove the buttplate and just hollow out a cavity. Might even be handy as a storage compartment for paperwork on the can down the road? Just throwing out ideas..
