    I have bolts you can put in a standard carrier and complete RCA carriers with the adjustable key already staked on them. I do like the adjustable key approach a lot more than the adjustable gas block approach.

    Correct, we are using RCA bolts and carriers. I've been very happy with the consistency and overal fit and finish.

    Barrel nuts from PVA do not require a special wrench. We don't even make/offer one, even in the shop we just use a 12" long adjustable wrench and it works well.     That's really cool, I have to see what the PGC says about those. They're a little bit "fudd-y" when it comes to things like this but it's worth a shot. Right now both of my boys have bolt guns that are setup in 22 or 6 creed and they've been doing well with them.
