    OP didn’t mention neck tension or bullet runout… Neck tension is a big variable in having flyers and good accuracy… Bullet runout can cause flyers as well. Neck tension can get you deep in the weeds though… look out!🥸🤔

    Hey OP, Alliant pricing is bat shit crazy these days, forget AR comp! Guys mentioning XBR are crazy too, it’s unobtanium and faster than Varget. Staball Match is THE answer to your question.

    Definitely an issue! They should replace that barrel. Having the gas port cut entirely through a land is a big no no! WOA recently replaced one of my 223 Wylde barrels because of it (wouldn't group smaller than 1.5" no matter the load).

    H4895 production.

    I read an article a while back that said ADI in Australia was dedicating production to H4350, Varget and I think H1000. The “other” powders they make would only be made every so often (H322, H4895 & XBR8208)… so those last three will only show up every once in a while, which is a shame.

    Staball Match is almost a dead ringer for Varget for charge weights and temp stability & performance. It’s a really good powder and is a little cheaper than Varget.

    The 4000 GB has On-Board compass, humidity, barometric pressure, and exposed temperature sensors… other than reading wind speed, why would you need a Kestrel? Wind speed & direction at the shooter isn’t always what’s going on down range where it matters, so there is a ton of “field estimation”...

    Agree. I got a set of 6.5CM dies from them last spring and the resizing die had to be sent back b/c of the same issues. Their QC has gone down immensely. I'd go with Hornady or Forster and get a micrometer seating die.
