    Thoughts on Aero Precision

    I put together an upper using their enhanced system. Certainly makes it easy. So far, everything is solid and I have zero complaints. FYI, regarding BA barrels. Aero Precision owns Ballistic Advantage and BA does offer a sub MOA guarantee on all their barrels.

    Try holding the bolt back and see if inserting the magazine is problematic or not. If it still is, it's probably the receiver or the magazine, not the bolt.

    Sounds like you might just have a mag fit issue. The lower is supposed to fit properly and drop free with HK factory mags, but if you have to do a hard tap just to get it seated, something is keeping it from getting as high up into the magwell as it should. Does this happen with empty mags or...

    Where high dollar optics come into their own is not at specific magnifications but in less than idea shooting conditions where lesser optics won't allow you a good, clear view of your target that you will be able to get with the better optic.

    Nanuk 995. I've used Storm and Pelican cases, still do, but find that I prefer the overall quality and feel of Nanuk's cases. All three are good to go, however, you may like some features from one over the other. Check them out for yourself if you get a chance.

    You'll probably have to build. A 6.5 CM with a 16" barrel will probably have a limited selection for complete rifles from the factory.
