223 bolt guns
Re: 223 bolt guns I have a 26" Ruger and a 20" heavy barrel Savage. Mostly they've been used for varmint hunting, although I bought the Savage in part to be a lower recoiling "trainer" as well.- BobM

Does Federal .308 brass suck??
Re: Does Federal .308 brass suck?? I've only been able to get 2 or 3 loads out of the 223 brass before I'd see loose pockets (max varmint loads). However, the brass was free so I wasn't that concerned about it. I've not used enough once fired 308 to know anything yet.- BobM

168 FGMM Group Sizes?
Re: 168 FGMM Group Sizes? My issue 700P and my personal LTR both go about 1/2-3/4" consistently with the Federal Match. However, that is for 3 round groups-I don't think I've tried a 5 rd group in quite a while.- BobM
