McMillan A4 v A5?
A4 has a very slightly thicker and longer grip with a wider thumb shelf. I don't see a difference in length to trigger but like Lionsbreath said the fatter grip might give you a touch longer length to trigger.- drum13

Harris bipod
Not trying to be controversial but I honestly don't understand... why are we getting wrapped up over minute dimensions of Harris bipods???? If the Harris model cants what's the big deal? The only time you're shooting on a perfectly level surface is maybe a poured concrete floor at the range...- drum13

Remington’s trigger is an abomination which trigger?
You can completely unscrew and remove the adjustment screw from the factory x-mark triggers without any problems. That might lighten the pull a bit more for you to shoot until you find a replacement trigger. Timney 510 or older Remington 40x triggers are the best bang for the buck.- drum13

Rifle Scopes NF 2.5-10X42 any other options?
Curious why you wouldn't just want the Nightforce?? The only con is the 5-MIL elevation knob and maybe also the reticle options for some. The Leupold Mark 5 (3.6-18x44) is a sweet little scope. Illumination on the TMR reticle is great and has a center dot whcih isn't available on the regular...- drum13

Thanks, I remember them. I wasn't clear but was just mentioning what the earlier M24's came with (pre-TIS). I believe the original TIS slings had Talon swivels and were later changed because they don't lock and the swing gate can be pulled open without using the push button.- drum13
