Re: For you S & B experts a question
Jason is right, this has been brought up before and evidently there is a typo on the website. All 5-25s have approximately 100-105 MOA of total internal travel. The moa knobs...

Re: Question about schmidt and bender mtc turrets
The locking MTC on the windage should only have the "clunk" on zero.
As a note, we have been authorized by Germany to disable the MTC feature on the locking MTCs for a fee of $75.

Re: Schmidt Bender PM-2 questions
My guess would be by the "K" that is a single turn cw MRAD knob on your 4-16. On the P4F it is approximately .85 mil from the center to the break and one mil increments with .5 mil hash marks.
More than likely it has parallax adjustment which would make it...

Re: Just got my Schmidt 3-20 . . . no MTC?
There are currently no non MTC 3-20s and it certainly sounds as if something is not right, but in your case it seems to have worked out in your favor.
If it is an issue I'd be more than happy to take a look at it when I return from Germany. I'll be...
Re: Need help identifying these S&B scopes
I am in Germany now and can get you info on any part number you need just shoot me a pm.
Trigger Monkey is correct, you have a mil based P4 fine with 1/4 MOA knobs.
Re: Differences between AI Military and SuB scopes
The AI scopes do have the laser filter coating on the objective lens but the construction and internal components are the same as in standard S&Bs with the exception of a different spec'd reticle of their choice.
Re: Problem with adjustment range PM2 3-20x50
If you are 4.4 mil high, lock the knob by pushing down on the number scale and loosen the set screws with knob on zero. Dial the knob to 4.4 and lock your knob. While pressing down on the top of the knob tighten the two set screws and you should...

Re: Questions: S&B PMII 5-25/56 FFP Reticle
Rob is right, the H2CMR and the P4fine both subtend .035 MRAD or 3.5mm in the 5-25. The MSR subtends .05 MRAD and the P4 subtends .07 MRAD.
For some reason unknown to me the H2CMR in the 3-20 was made slightly thicker and looks to me to be somewhere...
Re: S&B pmII questions
I assure you they both have the same exact amount of internal travel. They are built exactly the same with identical internal components. The ONLY difference in the two are the gewindestück/trieb assemblies (turrets) which...
Re: S&B pmII questions
The 5-25 PMII has over 100 MOA of total internal travel. All of mine are set up on 30 MOA rails and I'm getting a minimum 23 MRAD (79 MOA) of adjustment.
Not sure where you got your numbers from but be assured the scope is more than capable of giving you the...
