Question for the guys using SS tumbling media

I use pins in my wet tumbler. Never had an issue and I check cases to make sure they are clear. I have tried both with and without pins and I find the pins get the primer pockets and case necks cleaner.

    AMP Vs. New brass.....

AMP is twice the price because it’s a much better machine. Extending the life of the brass is a byproduct of annealing but not the reason for annealing.

SFP or FFP for LPVO on AK 47

Many LPVO FFP optics will have a reticle that appears to be nothing more than a black dot at 1x so folks that run them (like me) may go with an illuminated FFP and essentially use the 1x setting as a basic red dot and then use the higher magnifications when a true visible reticle is needed.

Are rangefinders necessary for long range shooting?

Also depends on where you plan on shooting. If you frequent the same public range or shooting spot, they are not needed as once you get your data, not much is going to change. There are many tools that make shooting easier and take some of the guess work out of it to some extent but few are...

Rifle Scopes ZCO and TT? Any testing by the military?

It won’t help the current versions, the new ones will be rebranded and the contracts will drive the prices up. Same thing you witnessed with S&B when they fell into favor with .mil and the prices went up. As long as .gov is keeping them in the system, the price remains higher than what it should...

Rifle Scopes ZCO and TT? Any testing by the military?

Getting military contracts to supply optics is a good way to make your current (non-military optic) to climb in price from the 4k range to the 6k range without really upgrading much to cover the cost increase.
