    I dont think you'll like the lil gun or H110 in that case, but you can see for yourself. I tried some CCI br4 primers, with okay results.

    I have a 17AH, mine didn't like the hotter primers, I think ill end up using federal pistol primers. First I tried lil gun, I couldn't even get close to the hodgdon loads(perhaps a hot batch of powder). IMR4227 gave me a max vel. of 3475 with a 20gr V-max, and aa1680 gave 3650+. fun case!

    yea thats really fast powder for 223, you could hurt yourself. if you have alot of it go buy a hornet and have some fun;)

    Re: Magnum primers loading question shouldnt be a problem... Ive used fed. 215s in magnum cartridges. I usually find the 215s to be worth one grain on a 70gr charge.

    Re: 17 lovers I have only shot 11 rounds through it, the friend I got it from had 50 rounds loaded with his best load of re7 and a 18.6gr Hammitt. im going to start working up a 20gr V-max load next week. The fox were shot at 200 yards.
