New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I vote for a Ruger mark IV, a suppressor, optic, and a shit load of ammo.... that said, the Staccato is a sweet shooter. I saw the other day Springfield has an optics ready TRP, I might take a look at that.
I've used Swarovski and Kahles optics a long time. While that Kahles 6-24 is a great optic, it's a 10 year old optic and a 4x erector system. The newer technology and optics, particular from these guys is going to continually improve, or at least that's been my experience for the last 15 years.
it should do fine, i've had one for a few years, and have ranged our to 1400 with mine and it's older.

I sighted in an nx8 yesterday, was pretty impressed with it. can't speak to the March. I've had good luck with the Vortex stuff, the dot is daytime visible.
what looks best to your eye if you've gotten behind any of these. what caliber are you shooting? close and long distance you anticipate shooting? are you partial to mia or moa? are you partial to any reticles? are there any other features that are important to you?
Good morning,
I'd put her behind all of them and see what she likes if you can. she's a very lucky little lady to get access to top tier scopes at 9. I don't think any of the options would be terrible, but for the low light and hunting aspect, the Kahles and Vortex would be my top picks. I...
Another vote for this. I like the Vortex myself. https://cstactical.com/vortex-razor-gen-iii-6-36x56-ffp-ebr7-d-mrad-rzr-63602/, that said, if you like the Leupold, I wouldn't hesitate to go that route. since she's going to be the one shooting it, why not let her get behind the scopes and see...
I've had good luck with it so far. my guess is Garmin is just trying to spur sales because the economy is soft, they have incentive prices on a bunch of products, go check out the smart watches. It's not a purchase you will regret

I've had good luck with the Vortex Fury RF binoculars. they are above your budget for binoculars, but if you combine your budget for the rf and binoculars, it's close. https://cstactical.com/vortex-fury-hd-5000-10x42-lrf301/
you didn't mention what you were doing with your binoculars. what's...
I've had good luck with this unit in the past

a few of my old customers in the New Orleans area use them for hogs.
I've seen this happen with electronics over the years in the few times I've been in cold weather. something to keep in mind for sure. I've read the energizer cr123 can have some performance issues in cold weather, but hey who doesn't.
i've been using rite in rain notebooks and my phone for years, but an onboard solution is certainly preferable. who do yall think makes the best after market solution?
