    I dont want an upper. Just a comp/suppressor that makes a barrel 16 with and without the suppressor on it. If the comps sacrificial baffles all the better. Form 1 would be best. 556 btw. I'd like to run an 11.5 barrel but open to other lengths If necessary.

    Definitely get a new doc. Couple things to try in no particular order. Eat a banana ever day for 5 days in a row= rule out potassium. Put a couple pillows under your legs so hips and knees are at 45 degrees for 5 days. See if its sciatica. Stretch calves 20 seconds a slow set of calf raises...
