    Low Mass Operating Systems Setup

What are some of the current popular brakes?

    Low Mass Operating Systems Setup

No issues. Just working to get it as flat shooting as possible while still being reliable enough to make it though run n gun comps.

    Low Mass Operating Systems Setup

Yes, to clarify, when I mentioned recoil I’m specifically talking about muzzle deviation off target. After this upcoming weekend im going to do some testing on group size from hammered pairs. I can definitely tell a difference though. Visually it looks like about a 50% reduction in movement...

    Low Mass Operating Systems Setup

Reviving this with updates. I ended up getting an RCA steel low mass carrier, JP SCS15 and sup arms adjustable gas block with bleed off. Ran me right at $400. I’ve been testing it over the past couple weeks and here is what I’ve found. The bleed off was basically worthless. It was over...

Night Vision New Armasight Units (Sidekick and Jockey 640s)

Not sure if serious or sarcasm. I’ve never used a clip on so I can’t speak for how this compares to others. Here is the procedure they sent. Is this similar to how other non-collimated clip ons work? Sting-IR 1. Zero daytime optic (on X) 2. Keep daytime optic steady on target (X) using a gun...

Night Vision New Armasight Units (Sidekick and Jockey 640s)

I emailed AGM and they sent me the zeroing process to use it as a clip on. You adjust the thermal screen to your daytime optic.

    Night Vision Pulsar Thermal

Other colors seem cool but I end up using white hot 90% of the time and black hot 10%. Never use the other ones. They really don’t offer that much.

    Scope issue

Why are you here complaining before you even contacted the manufacturer or retailer? You sound vaccinated…..

Road cyclist, the good, the bad and the ugly!

Went for a ride yesterday after work and the heat index was 109°. It wasn’t bad once you got in it for a bit.

Night Vision Thermal Coyote Hunting (Any new upcoming options?)

Haha - I didn’t want to say that but they seem to offer quite a bit of value for the price. The new LRF models may be something to look into. They have better battery options too and an improved housing.

Night Vision Thermal Coyote Hunting (Any new upcoming options?)

While I haven’t used the exact models you mentioned I’ve had thermals from Pulsar, Nvision, Bering, FLIR and Burris. I’ve been most impressed with Bering from an image and functionality standpoint. They all have trade-offs so determining which features you can’t live without will help narrow...

Night Vision New Armasight Units (Sidekick and Jockey 640s)

I’ve seen a couple overviews that show the StingIR being used as a clip-on but there is next to no info out there from users so it’s a bit of an unknown on how well it works. Frankly I don’t care for AGM or Armasight at this point but they also seem to be the only ones who are offering some...

Night Vision New Armasight Units (Sidekick and Jockey 640s)

For the Jockey, do we know if it: A - can easily be used as a scanner? B - can use an 18650 vs the 2 cr123s?

Any regret buying an alpha scope?

I did the same. Got an alpha scope because I thought I was missing out. Truth is, the scope I had before it never caused me to miss a shot. I ended up selling it and going back to mid tier to use the funds for other things. I didn’t feel like the performance difference from $1500 to $2500...

    A clever young male

Do they cause some kind of issues I’m not aware of? I have one that lives in my back yard. We call him “Phil”
