I think I might mix up some devcon and put a dab on the bolt handle and sand it down. Till there is a little resistance and see if it cuts down on the bolt lifting so much, might have to reapply after enough bolt cycles but if it works it works.

I have had the same problem happen when calling coyotes with mine, i do the check of making sure the bolt is down all the way, but when you look up and suddenly you have 3 coyotes running in at 100 yards and have to reposition to get on them seconds count and its hard to remember to make sure...

May not be the same issue, but I have 2 srsa1 chassis and one them would not hold the mag correctly, but I could put the mag in the other chassis and it worked fine, what I ended up finding was the geometry on the mag release button ( the one you push to drop the mag) was not even close, I...

I have the a1 that was machined down to be like a a2, but the most dramatic weight savings you will get is by using a hunter weight profile barrel, and a light weight hunting scope, i have a march 1.5-15x42 on mine and the weight difference from the exos 3-21 is very noticable. also my a1...

You know I honestly don't know, my co worker knows someone and I just gave him my chassis to take to them, I do remember him saying g the machinist thought desert tech did a good job removing as much material as they could in the right places on the a2, I only had it done because I'm a lefty and...

I have a srs a1 covert that a machine shop machined out the chassis like a a2 that took close to a pound off they said, have a march 1.5-15x42 and a 22 creedmoor hunter profile barrel and I use it for coyotes and it is very manageable weight wise, not to bad to carry but still enough to settle...

Night Vision Any Regrets w your purchases?

I bought my stuff strictly for calling coyotes at night, and my first purchase was a pvs 30, complete waste of time for calling coyotes, cool product but not very good when spotting them with a thermal then trying to find them with pvs 30 allowed a lot to get away, then i bought a super yoter r...

You may have misunderstood me, i meant a have a dedicated srs 22 creedmoor for thermal, i also have another chassis with a regular scope that i sometimes us a lwts with, in all honesty, for me its way more comfortable to use the lwts because you get normal eye relief when using the lwts as a...
