    Could be, I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I've also read that some people have had to clean up the extractor with a file to fix ejection problems. Hopefully before the weekend I can compare it to the 22 and see what is going on.

    Shot my 17 for the first time today. Used cci v-max, cci game point, and hornady v-max at 100 yards. Nothing over 1 inch, some were a little under. Shooting between 20+ mph win gusts.     Thanks for the ideas guys. I thought about using my vice as a press but it isn't large enough. From your responses it doesn't seem to be as difficult as I was expecting. I am going to have find out what an egg handle is, though. I'm not much of a cook!

    Proof carbon fiber barrel builds

    I got one from PVA that is very close to my Proof sendero profile. It's just a tad bit smaller. If I put the wrench flats next to the shoulder you can't tell it.
