    Re: FFP.....is it worth money Ditto armchair. If all you are doing is target shooting from a bench at known distances on max power a SFP scope will benefit you more. The finer reticle is better for that style of shooting.

    Re: Karsten's Cheek Rest if you put masking tape directly over the areas you are drilling (both sides) it will help to prevent and reduce the wood from splintering by quite a bit. but buy the higher end tape not the cheap stuff because it doesn't stick well enough.
