I think that is a safe bet as long as the 75.8 was indeed an interrupted shot...aka flinch of some sort. It looks good and next move on to the seating depth.
clean your die and make sure you are using enough case lube. My buddy was having the same issue and as soon as he added more case lube it solved the problem. Lube always helps;).
I do a light crimp on my semiautos as well. I've had a couple bullets get pushed back when they were entering the chamber. On my bolts i anneal all the brass and have them sorted per times fired to keep neck tension as similar as i can.

you might want to consider the 4x16 pst. I find that i like a little more magnification rather than not having enough. A fixed 10 power is good but i've found I like the variability and if you are looking through glass to spot your target sometimes its easier to find it on a lower power then...
