    I disagree. I don’t believe the manufacturer wants to deal directly with the consumer. It’s more than likely a great pain in the ass, including the numerous phone calls regarding all types of BS. That’s what the dealers get paid for, and they probably are underpaid. Just my opinion.

    Summary of the long range fad.

    I started this sport because I was done hunting. Hunted everywhere and killed everything I wanted to hunt. This is a hobby/sport for me. I personally find the sport and training a hell of a lot of fun. Buying the gear and trying different scopes etc... fun also. Keep shooting.

    Used a 338 WM In Idaho for 10 years. Ultra Mag may be overkill, just my opinion. I wasn’t trying to shoot anything past 400 yards.

    Take the 4 day comprehensive course at K&M and stay in the bunkhouse. Your learning is extended by your classmates well beyond the class and range time. Shannon is a great instructor, does that make sense?
