Anybody send their 700 to GAP....
Personally by the time you spend all the money on the action, stock work and barrel why don't you order a new rifle from GAP? I just received one after 8 months, not a really long wait for a 100% custom done right the first time 100% by GAP. All they require is a deposit, shoot your gun till...- dtibbals

Savage 10 AICS 2.0 Chassis Review
Actually just got back Sunday from attending a 4 day precision rifle class with the above rifle. Chassis is awesome, would recommend it to anyone! Couldn't have been happier with it and transporting it via a plane and small rental car was easy since folded it fits in a case I use for an AR...- dtibbals

Re: Handloading for SHTF situation Well I guess I look at this way. Why are you reloading at the last minute for a SHTF day? I would suggest making a small investment in extra supplies and loading up several hundred or more rounds that will work well in your different rifles for that...- dtibbals

Re: To go dillon or not Well I sold the last Dillion I had a couple weeks ago and don't miss it! Sure in some ways they are good machines and in others not so much. I switched to Hornady and couldn't be happier. I will say that doing the whole conversion thing on the Dillion kind of sucks...- dtibbals
