    Suppressors .338 lapua magnum suppressor

I have a Shark Jaws coming. Shot a demo and thought the felt recoil was really close to my muzzle brake. The major benefit was the lack of concussion and my buddy thought it was as quiet as suppressed 308.

    DTA or Custom Build

I have a DTA SRS and several traditional rifles including a AIAW. I shoot the DTA so much more than my others that it takes me some time to get comfortable behind a traditional rifle. If I could only have one rifle, there is no question that it would be a DTA SRS.

    Scar 17 optic advice

I've got nightforce 2.5-10x32. I've made hits with it out to 1k. 12"x12" target was tiny at 1k, so I'll never go any lower in regards to magnification range. I've also got a RMR offset at 1 o'clock zeroed at 50 yards. Haven't messed with RMR much, but seems like it'll be a solid setup.

Suppressors Misplaced ATF Trust - What Now?

This post is making me feel better about the 5 copies that I made.

Official (DTA) SRS, HTI, Covert, Hunter Thread

No difference in accuracy. I still have my 2 port and use it on my 308 barrel. The standard brake comes up for sale on exchange from time to time.

Official (DTA) SRS, HTI, Covert, Hunter Thread

I have the dual port bake for my 338lm and the recoil was stout. Dogtown suggested trying DTA's old style 338lm brake and it was much more effective.

Suppressors Suppressor weight change with use

Are you leaving all of this in a sonic cleaner to keep it hot? Are the finish parts also being soaked?

    Thunder Valley Precision 2014 Schedule

Thanks for the update Mr. Smith. I'll have to make sure I make the last couple of matches of the season. If any shooters have considered checking out the range or shooting a match, nows the time to do it. The experience you get from one match will give you plenty to work on for next year.

    Thunder Valley Precision 2014 Schedule

Most of the shooters that come out have some sort of ranging reticle. I've seen a couple of shooters score well with a standard duplex reticle, but they have lots of experience and have become proficient with it. If you have solid data for your rifle you should be fine. Headhunter does not...

Lol, wish more people thought it sucked.

    Thunder Valley Precision 2014 Schedule

It was nice shooting with you and your partner Ghostface. What the Smith's left out of their recipe is this magic coating that they put on their bullets. Personally I think it's leftover brown sugar from the brownies they bring. Regardless, they're both shooting well as a team.

    Problems with Magnetospeed V3

I recently purchased a v3 too. I've noticed that the switches are very sensitive.

Rifle Scopes What Scope And Mount Is Suitable For A SCAR 17S

I have ADM delta mount with Nightforce 2.5-10x32. Also picked up Trijicon RMR red dot and angled mount. Have yet to use or even zero red dot, but have made hits to 1000 with Nightforce. Target was 12"x12" which looked really tiny at 10x, but it worked. Overall I like this set up and think it's...

Zen Ray ED82 from cameraland. It's in your price range now. Use the zoom lens that comes with it while you save for a vortex eyepiece with reticle.

    Thunder Valley Precision 2014 Schedule

Range goes hot at 10am. There are concrete benches and 3ft high platforms to shoot prone from. There are actually a couple of firing lines. The main firing line has steel targets from 200-1000 yards at 100 yard intervals. Also a couple targets at 1 mile. There is another firing line for 100...
