MPA barrels
Myself and a buddy both have mpa complete rifles with their Spencer barrels. Mine is built on a Kelbys action, his is a Curtis both chambered in 6.5 creedmoor. They both shoot the 3/8 accuracy guarantee and have no complaints. Great shooting rifles in our experience.- tnbowhunter

Mpa chamber throat for ELD
I’ve got a mpa 6.5 creedmoor that is chambered for 140 eld stamped on barrel. I shoot the eld .020 off the lands and 140 Berger hybrids with a .050 jump to fit in mag and it shoots both equally well. 140 ELD-M vs 140 Hybrid
I’ve experimented with both bullets you mentioned with the same results. My rifle is chambered for the 140 eld and they shoot best with a .020 jump. Grayboe Stocks?
Hard to beat them for the price point for me. Wasn’t big on the Camo pattern it came with so gave it a krylon makeover. Bedded with Devcon to a factory Remington 5r mil-spec barreled action. 1/2 moa shooter. I’m pleased with it and have had McMillans as well. I’ll likely own another grayboe soon- tnbowhunter
