    How important is the bolt to accuracy? My bolt headspaces fine but I have some uneven shinny spots and inconstant results on the target. I have a new Black Rain NB bolt that I am going to try out and see what I get.

    Re: Thoughts on the H&K UMP I have shot full autos in .40 and its a bad ass little gun, very controllable. I like it much better than a MP5. I'm not sure if a FA trigger group will fit it or not but that may be an option. I say if you like it get it, they are a lot of fun.

    Re: Best Compeition Caliber? For just shooting competition and nothing else considered I would go with a 6.5 WSM, yes you will burn the throat out quickly and it requires more work on your part but in the hands of a decent shooter it would be very competitive.
