1 WEEK LEFT: This Target Haunts Me Contest
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
@diggler1833 from personal experience, Leupold doesn’t have the parts to repair the older Mk4 line anymore. I send a Mark 4 M3-6x in to them a few months ago as the parallax knob wasn’t adjusting the parallax any more. They came back with a “we can no longer repair these scopes” and offered a...
While I wait to see if McMillan will release any more gray A2 stocks - collecting some of the smaller pieces, with a pair of Uncle Mike’s milspec swivels on the way. Anyone have pictures of other kit that would go with a pre-mk13 300 WM R700?
True. But a clone build once you have all the parts is $6k-$7k from IBA (at $3,250 build fee) so really not much of a surcharge for issued status.
(I know, sore subject, sorry  )
Ballpark maybe $300-$500. Badger still makes intermittent runs of them, but coming off an issued scope adds some value. Others may have better estimates.
Don’t report from the message they send, use the report button on their profile. I think reporting to mods from Messages gets deleted when the scammers delete their message (which they’ve been doing frequently).
I *think* it’s this one.

The scope tube then becomes what keeps the rings “true”. It’s imperfect but better than nothing if the rings need it. I always saw lapping as more to align two sets of rings not ensure ring cap/base were “trued.” But a used pair of Seekins can be found for $75, so I just don’t lap anything.
