    Rifle Scopes Hunting Scope suggestions

I've read a bunch of positive things on the Maven. I might have to try one. That's good to hear about the reticle being usable without illumination.

Anyone using MDT metal mags with Hawkins Hunter BM

If this is true the tolerance must overlap. All of the aics mags I've tried in my hawkins hunter BM play nice together. Used metal mdt, plastic mdt, plastic magpul aics, ARC metal Mags and they all worked.

    Rifle Scopes Hunting Scope suggestions

Have played with lots of options. Does size matter? I liked the Mk5 3.6-18x44 with the illuminated tmr. Was thick enough to used at the bottom end, but I didn't like the 35mm tube. The ATACR 4-16x42 is great, but again 34mm tube. I kept the ATACR 4-16x42 over the Mk5 3.6-18x44. I currently have...

    Eurooptic.com?

That's horrible. I had a commercial fishing ship supply company do that. Updated their website and now if I shop signed out then sign in the prices all go up. Shame as we quit doing business with them.

    Favorite Trainer Round

I kind of went through the sake evolution. If you load similar quality components in both the 223 and 6mm or 6.5mm you don't save much $. I sold my 223 and kids and wife shoot the 6mm just fine. I hated loading the little 223 cases anyways. Same thing with the Dillon and everything else. Set...

Charter captain goes pirate in Florida

There are so many nuances to the rules. In general if your involved in a collision you are going to be found partially at fault. Doesn't matter in yiu are anchored or not. If you are at sea you are required to maintain a look out and avoid a collision. Now it gets complicated depending on where...

Charter captain goes pirate in Florida

Thats surprising. I got ran through the ringer to get my medical signed off. Demonstrate all kinds of movement and lifts. A friend just got medically retired after losing a foot, said he couldn't get passed the physical.

The "USCG License" is probably referring to a Master of some kind which is a MMC, there are also all kinds of other endorsements. Yes, there is a medical you need pass to be valid, no you cannot be in a wheelchair and hold a valid Master endorsement. I sailed under my license today for work.

Maggie’s Planning a Road Trip to Alaska - Need Intel

Politics aside. I flew to Anchorage a few years back to drive my dad's truck down for him. Took one of my kids along and we had a blast. We were definitely in the shoulder season and had to use gas cans once to get us through a long stretch where nothing was open. I'm not sure on buying firearms...

    Eurooptic.com?

I do this fairly often for different reasons. One is tracking prices or if I can remember sizes, or trying to price things I'm selling.

    Eurooptic.com?

For me. I filter the products I'm interested in then sort by parameters. Every time I click on a item and back out, the filters and sort disappear. So I have to reapply the filters I want and resort every single time I look at something and try to go look at something else. PITA.

    Eurooptic.com?

Couple of hunting scopes. Nx8 4-32 for a 7prc build and a nxs 2.5-10x42 for my kids rifle.

    Eurooptic.com?

No doubt they are 100%. I only started this thread because the website was completely new from the last time I was there and seen something that could have been fishiness. Can't be too careful these days. Aftet hearing it was legit I made the mistake of resetting my password and logging in...

    Eurooptic.com?

I was able to reset my password and my user info was still there. Just tough to navigate now.

    Eurooptic.com?

    K. I screenshot a scope to send to a friend and went back and looked 4 hours later, same scope, same part number was $142 cheaper.

    Eurooptic.com?

Do they have a new website? Went to window shop a little and it's totally different. Hard to navigate, and prices seem to shift (dynamic pricing?). @Euro.Connor

Vortex RazorHD Gen III 6-36x56 vs NF ATACR 7-35x56

I 100% get and understand what you are saying. I have friends who fell victim to Scott. However I was trying to respond to why the g3 might have fell off in PRS.

Vortex RazorHD Gen III 6-36x56 vs NF ATACR 7-35x56

My perspective is from the consumer, not the seller. So take it for what it's worth. To me this explains why the market share dropped on the Gen3 6-36. It was the cream of the crop when you could buy it at under 2k. They are just another data point at sub 3k. At the current price you need to...

Vortex RazorHD Gen III 6-36x56 vs NF ATACR 7-35x56

Not unless Scott at libertyoptics.com opens back up. IMO the Razor was one of the better sub-2k options. I still own a couple, and I prefer the atacr for the same money.
