    New HRD-Gear RRS rails at Mile High

    Last year I picked up that machined spigot mount replacement that I think it was Samb300 was sells for my AIAT. It replaces the whole spigot mount with picatinny rail. Very solid. I will have to look to see if the HRD Gear rail will clear the mount. I might have to go with a shorter one.

    PRST CARBON FIBER TRIPOD

    There was some type of defect in the PRST and had to send them back to Norway. For my first tripod I'm looking at the HOGSADDLE PIG311.     Another great podcast. For the future could you talk about the pros and cons of the HOG Saddle/ Vyce tripod mount as compared to the direct connect (SOAR Lever release & Chassis Plate). For either one I would use a ballhead or leveling head. Thanks.
