    Re: Getting tired after eating Thanks guys! A lot of information to help tune the diet. I cut out the milk and bread today and slammed water all day. Didn't bog down till the last half hour of the day. The exercise routine will be next to figure out after this. Thanks again guys.

    I work 12 hours a day and walk an average of 7 miles a day at work. I stopped drinking soda and have lost 8 pounds just from that. My problem is every time I eat 30 minutes later I'm ready for a nap. It doesn't matter what I eat. I can munch on grapes,cucumbers,green peppers, or eat a chicken...
