    6mm Dasher

Question: I have brand new 6BR Lapua brass that has been hydroformed to 6 dasher, should I be AMP annealing this before I run it thru my Forster full size die? I need to size it because the neck is opened up as if it were fired so I can’t just mandrel it and the load. once I get a few fired...

    Tikka T1X

I have an MDT XRS chassis on it's way. The ACC works well with a 26" barrel for my PRS gun. Yes the ACC is long, longer than you'd think. It helps having a bipod way out front sometimes.

    Tikka T1X

I don't, but I put an 18" barrel in my ACC and it is short by less than an inch so a 20" would make it past the end but not by much.

    2020 PRS Finale info

Absolutely should have been all handled BEFORE the match. There is no excuse to cause a shitshow after the fact. If it was such a big deal, the shooter should have been told his gun of choice would be in Open class and had the chance to use a different rifle and he still would have kicked ass...

    2020 PRS Finale info

I guess it really is always about money. Shit what a cluster I shoot these type of matches to have fun and enjoy the company while trying to improve and learn, not the drama.

I am changing the barrel on my Tikka CTR so I read about how hard it is. It is 3 years old T3x , after 4 attempts I succeeded today finally. I soaked it in Kroil over a week, tried brown sugar, then heat with a heat gun to the action, then ice pack on barrel and heat action while using a pipe...

I use an PVA Jetblast and it seems fine but like someone said, most any brake will do.

    Tikka T3 Thread

There are many stocks and chassis that fit Tikkas, so the guns and chassis you look at do not necessarily have to be Tikka receivers. MDT or KRG, there are more, you can google them and find a whole bunch. I'm sure they are mentioned in this thread. I have an MDT ACC and it can be versatile for...

    Tikka T3 Thread

You could go to a match and see what others are using and that can give you a reference to what you may like or prefer. Or just get a KRG Bravo and add things to it like an Arca rail or spigot. You will probably need a 20 MOA rail unless you already did that. If you can afford an MDT ACC, those...

    Annealing and Neck Cleaning

OK, I do dip the bullet in Imperial dry lube before seating hoping it helps the SD and provides a barrier to ward off bonding issues that can vary neck tension. That is another reason I started using One Shot instead of Imperial sizing wax lube stuff which was a pain to wipe each case down after...
