1 WEEK LEFT: This Target Haunts Me Contest
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
Steve what area of the Big Sky state are you from? There are a number of LR precision tactical/practical matches in MT which would be a good place to meet and get acquainted with others that share the same interest.
Terrific match today. I enjoyed helping out and watching everyone shoot. Congratulations to the winners. Jeremy, Jake, and Eric. I took some photos today, and posted a link below to a photo album on Photobucket.

Aadmount Scope Caps
Got mine new in the box. No dust at all. Extremely high quality caps, very durable and they have a lifetime warranty. If you want primo scope caps for your expensive glass I would definitely look at these or the Tenebraex.
For my 338LM I run a Surefire FA338SS (quick detach) on Surefire brake. I also use the same can and brake on my precision 30-06. Works great on both rifles. I'm very happy going this route and rate the product very highly.
Big thanks to Unknown and KevinD for another fun match and keeping the COFs interesting. It's also always good to see new people turn out to the match like we had this month.
Eric, appreciate the photo montage video. I always look forward to seeing this after the monthly match.

Jeff - good luck down in Texas. I lived in the burbs of DFW for few years and really enjoyed it down that way (except for the mid summer heat). The state has very strong 2A culture and I have the feeling you won't have any problems finding like minded people and places to stretch your rifles out...
Hey Gil, I think Jake May have been referring to the JLK swampworks bullets. By the way, I was in your squad shooting an Rbros rifle in a AI AX chassis, chambered in 6.5x47L. Fantastic cartridge! I'm using the Berger 130gr VLDs.

I also want to express my gratitude and offer a big thank you to Jake, the staff and boys at Jubilee Youth Ranch, the RSOs and other volunteers, and also the sponsors that contributed to the great prize table. This was another awesome year for the JC Steel Match and I anticipate it will only...
