    New AICS AX for 2014?

    I'm really torn on what I do like about the skeltonized butt stock and what I don't. With that, I really like the right folding butt stock and that it will capture the bolt handle...but on the other hand will it capture ALL bolt handles or NOT?

    Based upon the questions you're asking, it's probably best you have someone else mount your scope....be sure to include those ring reducers for that 36mm mount! Had no idea they made a 36mm...always learning something new on the HIDE, LOL.

    Hold on a second....it says right on their webpage, "PCP Ammunition initial release was a huge success." 30cal user must not know what he's doing (sarcasm). Glad to have read 30cal's report....I would've popped the $50 to see what it's all about, now I know better.

    308 and 300 Win Mag in same platform?

    I also believe DTA is the ticket but I just wanted to make sure you are clear....the chassis for a little over $3k (as you stated below) is just that ONLY the chassis and NOT a complete rifle whether you go 300WinMag or 308Win. You need to add that after the fact. Hide vendors can save you...

    QUESTION; 4.5-27 means this has exactly 6x magnification. Why start with 4.5x and top out at 27x? Why not just start with 5x and top out at 30x?

    I did a google search and seen the AICS folder and fixed with a buttspike. Can this be purchased separately or is/was this a feature only on special models? Please reply with any information about this whether it's a factory AI kit, other manufacturer or something you had fabbed up. My rifle...
