    Nice to hear. I've been using H1000 for years but since I haven't seen any in stock for months I thought I'd try it. According to the published data it might give better velocity. I should be able to test it in a couple weeks.

    I'm on my 3rd heavy contour barrel on my 300wm. Currently its a lhgt 1:9.5-8.75 tw. I have good loads for both 230AT & 225ELDM. Both a bit over 2900fps. I've so far made hits to 2289yds with it.

    My XDM10mm runs the 180 & 220's just fine. On a brand new barrel they were about 50fps slower than advertised but still pushing a 180 speer gold dot @ 1250fps.:eek: Zero malfunctions so far.

    Thats good to know. I don't know why but so far I've never seen a splash from the old ones past 2000yds. Could be mountain winds but IDK. Didn't have the problem with the 230 burgers out to 2300+/- but these? Nada. Going to drop off the action for the new barrel tomorrow & will start all over...

    I have Bergers too but this barrel didn't like them. I bought 2k of these 225's but the 1k lots weren't the same. The 1st lot I bought were of the old version too. Just so happens that I opened this lot last & found the difference.
