    I do not own an IOR scope. But just to clarify about the numerous mechanical issues scudzuki refers to....were these recent? It is my understanding that when anyone mentions the mechanical issues IOR had, it was 3 or 4 years ago...pre Gen 3 or Gen 4? Not exactly relevant to purchasing one today.

    It would be nice to find someone local but willing to ship anywhere (I'm in the North DFW area). I have a piston AR10 that I would like to have rebarreled. I find the chamber to be WAY TOO generous, would prefer different twist and maybe fluted. WHO do you recommend?

    Rifle Scopes IOR 3-18 gen4 VS SS 5-20

    If there wasn't the FB promotion SWFA was doing for the release of the SS 5-20, I would've got the IOR 3-18x50. Great glass, I really like the FFP reticle and their digital illumination. Most complaints seem to be the earlier versions.

    NF is putting out more FFP scopes? I know of only the F1 and the BEAST....so they made one more FFP scope. Someone will have to remind me how the BEAST compares pricewise to the S&B, Premier and USO scopes...

    Re: rear bag or mono pod ??? Huge fan of the Accushot monopod. Super fast to adjust and I notice that I kind of use it as a grip as another stated...but I agree, each has it's merit.
