I was set on tikka, I was going to have to order one and get shipped here. The cz was too good to turn down.

Right now all I really need is small pic rail, and bridge, I may get a thermal clip on and use it for small critters, don't want to swap my thermal back and forth. I don't have anything arca yet, plan on converting my bog to a ball head or getting a leofoto at some point for coyote hunting

I'm not planning on any competition use, but you never no, mostly more of a cheaper option than any of my centerfire, every time I pull the trigger. I wish there was some people closer , that had some chassis guns i could try out.

I'm not sure how much I would like an actual chassis, never been behind one. "Looks" wise I like the mpa ba, but they are also double price. I have looked at about every base there is, seems like a lot are running DIP, rails knobs, etc. Have read a lot of good on the factory trigger.

Bringing this back up, was trying to find a 16" t1x local, before I ordered one , no one had it, called a small local shop, that i have seen for years, never stopped. He didn't have it either, but we was talking, and he asked how I felt about CZ, I said I might would do a pro varmint if it...

    Montana people?

Me and the wife are taking a vacation sometime between August and October, planning on using air bnb. Looking for recommendations on areas. Was thinking about maybe trying to bring a rifle with me, and maybe coyote hunt some, since it looks like yoh don't need a license.

    Which Heavy Duty Truck?

I run hotshots edt in mine, even with dcr pump. 2800ish, if you do labor yourself

    Which Heavy Duty Truck?

Cummins is definitely easier to work on, the tappet conversion was first time that I, was like hell with that. Between special tools and the cost of the kit. The dcr conversion wasn't too bad, hardest part was getting intake, in and out, but still only took about 6hrs, and I had never done one...

    Which Heavy Duty Truck?

That's why I sold my 2020 cummins, lifters started ticking, it's the 6th cummins I have had, but I won't be going back unless they go back to tappets or a better lifter design. Went to a powerstroke, and love it so far, I did swap out the cp4, to a dcr pump.

    Maggie’s Motivational Pic Thread v2.0 - - New Rules - See Post #1

It was hell of a day. I live 10 minutes from there, and drive through every day, on my way to work. The destruction it caused was, unbelievable.

Hunting & Fishing Let’s start a coyote thread.

Well, called in 2 tonight, and missed 2. Don't know what happened, i haven't checked since I put a suppressor on, I'm a dumb ass for not, but haven't had a chance. Didn't figure it would change that much

Sharp looking rifle, pretty sure I will be going tikka. Plenty of aftermarket, for what I need, good accuracy , descent price. Either 16 or 20", probably depends on what I run across first.

Thanks, im still leaning towards the tikka/krg setup. The B14 carbon would probably also suit my needs, i doubt i carry it much, mostly will be used to help me with fundamentals. I stopped shooting about 10 years ago, when I got into the rockbouncer world. Now that I have a kid, it's a...

I have looked at those a little seen some decent reviews. The waypoint 2020 looks like it would be a nice one for the price, but not many good reviews.

Definitely would like to stay at 10-12lb range at max. I found a few b14r carbon 18", barreled actions for 650, so same price as base tikka/cz, and regardless of which I buy it will be going a stock/chassis of sort

I would say 85% of the time it will be for plinking, the rest would be keeping the turtles thinned out , in my pond and squirrels out of my deer feeder, which can be done off of my back porch. I like the t1 ace, but I have zero time behind an actual chassis, im afraid I wouldn't like one, i...

I have been looking at the cz a little more since it was mentioned here, i like the idea of 60deg, as I'm planning on my next couple centerfires to be 60. The pro varmint, is the one I would probably go with, $100 more than tikka though, with a crappy boyds stock. I tried finding a barreled...
