    Pretty sure Badger made the bases (90's) after whoever Leupold was sourcing them from stopped supplying em or went out of business. There had been some pics posted on the old thread of the sutle differences between the two, obviously they can't be seen anymore.

    Triggermonkey thanks for the reply, I know on the old forum when he had for M24 builds, ther had been some pictures posted up. Although if I remember correctly the difference between the two were minimal.

    Thanks for the reply, I have 2 one piece bases I know one is a Badger, just dont if the other is an early one from Leupold or a Badger from the 90's as well.

    Just checked and it looks like both my m24r boxes are marked collectors edition. As for the leupold, with regards the ccw turrets, leupold changed from cw to ccw around 95 or 96 that was obviously on the mk4 m3.

    Have a set now a little while, no spinning diopters, carried in a kuiu case, lrf is fairly centered in the circls, onboard ballistics is fairly close to my kestrel, glass aint leica zeiss or swaro but for the packahe price its hard to beat

    Since the original ema's and matching ards are rarer than hens teeth, looked at the manual and saw this. Obviously whether they were issued items with the SWS is another thing.

    It been a while since I changed the barrel on my Badger. Noticed some build up on the breech ring, carbon? Pics to explain the second pic the buildup started to come off.

    Not sure you could quite call it a clone, with different barrel specs. I'm sure some of ftr guys have considered or tried the long action. But with a short action and single feeding those long bullets provided one has enough freebore don't cause an issue. Unfortunately with a long freebore one...

    I believe it was the plastic lsu that I found was sloppy in fit. Once I dig it out I will check.

    Just a few more pictures, the original lsu(ema) decilog attached, the metal version with scan tag attached and the pair combined and finally just the ard, all mounted on a 90 m3a.
