How did the seller advertise the rifle, or did you just come upon it. The stock seems to be commerical hs with the wrong butt pad, also the action sits very high in the stock was it bedded?- mjh30

Has it a M24 trigger, with regards the buttpad, real stocks have a thin buttpad which is Remington marked, where as commercial stocks have a thicker standard pad. It seems to be missing the front sight mounting block, is it drilled and just missing.- mjh30

Perhaps a clone, only the first 1500 or 2000 rifles had a US marking, those would have been a c prefix. Also the original rifles would have been marked 7.62 instead if 308. Also the scope is incorrect, the m3a is the correct scope. That scope predates the M24 by a few years. I'm sure someone...- mjh30

I'm always guilty of that, I suppose a word I should use more often is it has decent glass for the price, aint swaro or leica quality, but it isnt terrible compared to others in a similar price range.- mjh30

Simply wanted to have something that had a dual purpose, hunt a fair bit and the sigs were just handier, rather than lug rangefinder and binos- mjh30

As m1marty says the front I have never seen for sale, I have even messaged someone about replicating them. The rear wb490 I modded myself as abovrle, too lazy to park. I got one of the Outback copies a few years ago and not even close to the original to be honest.- mjh30

SIG Kilo 3000BDX black edition? UPDATE
Got rid of a terrapin x and got the sigs instead. Pleasantly surprised, glass is ok, ranges great, links perfectly to my kestrel amd the onboard ab to 800 works out pretty good hunting. Under a grand they are hard to beat, not sure the price of the vortex ab models but we are getting up there in...- mjh30
