    I have no idea whether or not the later plastic and metal versions were issued with the M24. As for the original ema, never even saw a picture of the original dual threaded ard until recently, that is correct.

    Rifle Scopes Leupold VX-3i LRP question

    Have the vx3i 4.5-14x44 30mm side focus cds, honestly shot 50rds thru it so far, eye relief is ok, aint terrible. Have had a Hennie 4-16 for a decade now so I am spoiled. But in all honesty my scope isnt bad, obviously only a high of 14, but seems ok, I am not looking all the time to get perfect.

    Interesting, circa 2002 obviously no mk4's back then but vari-x. I believe I have seen some of the leupys with premier reticles in ffp wonder who supplied them.

    How did your rifle come, rifle itself or rifle with scope. Seems just the stock and bottom metal, looks to me that the narreled action and trigger are new manufacture.

    I know the serial number range for the 6 and 7 digit rifles and the c prefix rifles. Is there a known serial number range for the later e prefix rifles?

    Naw, medium 30mm steel rings. Mk4 30mm low rings, to be honest never actually heard of em, just med, high, super high. Pic, below, issued rings on left, flat top, hex screw, newer manufacture, circular top, also torx screws.
