    If you want your barrel to survive it's best to get your pressure levels below 58k. Also, you'll barrel will speed up quite a bit once you get to the 200-ish round count. Congrats on the new gun!

    I had a stamp that took 1.5 years to clear. I've also had a stamp clear in 21 days mailbox to mailbox. There's no rhyme of reason when the gov is involved...

    How confident are you in your scale/powder measure and/or chrono? That velocity is a bit over mine suppressed with 24" barrel, Rem brass, 63 gr H1000 and 130 HVLDs.

    Ah, that's probably true. My observation was working up loads with the 130 VLDs. I have not shot any of the 140 loads.

    If you're using Norma, I've found that my load needed to change approx .7 - .8 grain less with Norma vs. Rem brass to achieve the same velocity. I've read others say it's as much as 1 grain less.

    Don't remember how long your barrel is, or what chrono your using - but that is right around my velocity with the 130 HVLDs in a 24" barrel. FYI.

    I'm using the same set up as you. First - are you using the expander die and expander mandrel from 21st Century as well? If so, one mistake I made is not setting the expander die up correctly. You need to make sure your pressing the brass up far enough to make sure the mandrel is getting deep...

    That's exactly where I settled with my 130 VLD H. Have not shot any 140...yet.

    If you are forming from 300 SAUM then the brass finishes short. I then just trim to uniform and on that brass it's 2.015...fyi.
