Accessories WTS 6mm SAUM barrel
I have a Brux #3 1-8” twist 25.75” long threaded for a rem 700 standard threads with a .250” recoil lug, it’s chambered in 6 saum with a .270” neck. Weighs 3.345lbs. Barrel has roughly 200 rounds down it. Going back to a 6.5 saum which is why I’m selling it. $225 shipped- Danny1788

it is because the rod flex’s and the bore bushing doesn’t. The misalignment from the tail stock is a constant. So what you are trying to do is use the bushing as your contact tip and the rod will be in a constant flex correct me if I’m wrong... I have used range rods, and grizzly rods and long...- Danny1788

Gunsmithing Remington 700 extractor replacement
If the brass is getting left in the chamber then replace the extractor. If not leave it. If the bolt will not break the case loose from the chamber and needs to be tapped or hit to extract the case then you have primary extraction issues and the bolt handle needs to be repositioned...- Danny1788

I have a 6 jaw set tru chuck now, that’s all I use on my lathe now. Makes things so much faster. Hardly ever have to change chucks for different projects and then just put a copper ring on the barrel and slide it on for chambering.- Danny1788

Cheapest I could find a set tru 16c collet chuck was a TMX 6” 16c set tru chuck for $970. I doubt hobby guys are gonna want to spend that much on the chuck, then a back plate and collets for it.- Danny1788

I use a spider on the front, I took out the brass pads in the screws and machined the ends with a ball end mill, I use ball bearings and Steel feet so that the barrel will pivot and not bend. Once you lock those down tight it’s rock solid never had a barrel spin using this setup.- Danny1788
